Food
intake for these five days is very simple: you will consume only
those foods listed on the basic food list outlined below. Be sure
to consume three servings of UltraClear each day.
While
this is not a calorie-restricted program, you may actually find
you are eating fewer calories. This is fine. Many people notice
that initially they are hungry, but that tends to clear away.
Most people continue with normal activities: job, school, home
and play. Recognize, however, if you are getting light-headed
or excessively fatigued, you may be experiencing low blood sugar.
Keeping an apple or pear handy usually will handle this problem.

Mixing
Instructions for UltraClear
For all recipes below, put ingredients in blender (if using
whole pieces of fruit) or shaker cup, add approximately
8 to 10 ounces water or desired liquid and blend or shake
to the desired consistency. Adjust liquid according to personal
taste.
General suggestions for mixing:
Using
½ water and ½ fruit juice (e.g. pineapple,
berry, apple, pear, peach), mix all ingredients in a blender
or shaker cup.
Recipe
variations for making a smoothie:
·
6-8 oz. water, 2-3 ice cubes, 1/2 banana or peach, or 1-2
slices pineapple, or 1/4-1/2 cup berries
·
3-4 oz. water, 3-4 oz. pineapple, pineapple-coconut, pineapple-orange-strawberry,
apple, pear, or boysenberry juice, and 2-3 ice cubes
Frozen
fruit, such as berries, peaches, or banana may be used in
place of ice cubes; adjust liquid accordingly.
Note:
If carbohydrate content is an important factor, it is preferable
to use whole fruit instead of juice. Most berries are low
in carbohydrate content. If you desire to increase your
fiber intake, you may add fiber to drink and mix as directed.

YOU
NEED TO START SLOW AND GRADUALLY INCREASE EACH SERVING AND FREQUENCY
OF ULTRACLEAR ONLY AFTER YOU HAVE NOT HAD ANY ADVERSE REACTIONS. THIS
CAN INCLUDE, FEELING NAUTIOUS, LIGHT HEADED, HEADACHE, CONSTIPATION
OR DIAHARREA.
PROVIDING
THERE ARE NO SYMPTOMS OF DETOXIFING FASTER THAN YOUR BODY CAN HANDLE
THIS LOAD, YOUR GOAL IS TO GET TO 2 SCOOPS IN 8 OUNCES OF WATER A MINUMUM
OF 2 TIMES PER DAY.
EVEN
THOUGH THE ACTRESSES FROM JAG USED THE PRODUCT AND LOST A GREAT DEAL
OF WEIGHT IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME, MY ADVICE IS TO DO THIS PROGRAM
A MINUMUM OF 3 WEEKS.
AFTER
THIS PROGRAM YOU CAN SWITCH TO ULTRAMEAL. THIS IS A BODY COMPOSITION
FORMULA THAT WILL ALLOW FOR FAT LOSS AND ABILITY TO NOT LOOSE LEAN MUSCLE.
IT IS LESS EXPENSIVE AND COMES IN 6 DELICIOUS FLAVORS. ULTRAMEAL IS
NOT AS THERAPEUTIC AS ULTRACLEAR FOR LIVER DETOXIFICATION BUT IS A WONDERFUL
MEAL REPLACEMENT.
